General Manager

Ensure every guest receives excellent customer service, food, and drinks every time.

• Mediates staff conflicts.
• Ensure the restaurant is fully staffed for service.
• Leads by example by being able to wear all hats.
• Manage guest relations.
• Manage the routine maintenance and consistent operations of all restaurant equipment and systems.

The General Manager is accountable for the restaurant to run efficiently and profitable.

• Ensure that all team members have been trained properly.
• Schedule accordingly to sales, process requests for days off.
• Maintain a clean and safe restaurant.
• Ensure all equipment is working properly.
• Manage and make any necessary changes on the POS system, creates daily reports and deposits.
• Maintain all require logs up to date.
• Create a cohesive environment.
• Hold all members accountable for fulfilling their job descriptions and checklists.
• Ensure that all restaurant regulations, guidelines and, processes are being applied.
• Create content for Social Media. Stay in constant communication with our Social Media director
• Solve all issues with creative solutions.
• Implement “Traction” by Gino Wickman
• Evaluate all team members at the beginning and end of the season.
• Run a 30-minute weekly meeting with all managers.
• Report to management once a week.
• Achieve goals established by the Scorecards and Daily Pulse weekly (Traction Tool)

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• 1-year contract, $40,000 a year before taxes plus tips if applicable. General Manager is expected to work an average of 40 hours a week.
• Includes 2 weeks’ paid vacation per end of each season (mid-April to mid-May/mid-September to mid-November). Total of one month per year. No other time off is accepted unless in case of an emergency.
• Simple IRA: Retirement account. Simple IRA allows eligible Team members to contribute part of their pre-tax compensation to the plan. We, as the employer will match the Team member’s contribution up to 3%.
• Insurance: We will pay $200 per month towards health insurance costs.


BONUSES

INVENTORY BONUS: The inventory bonus is split between the Bar Manager and the General Manager

ANNUAL BONUSES Summer Bonus: You will receive your summer bonus on December 25th. It will be based on your evaluation by your manager and all your team members that you manage. Up to $1 per hour worked from May 1st to October 31st . Winter Bonus: You will receive your summer bonus on July 4th. It will be based on your evaluation by your manager and all your team member that you manage. Up to $1 per hour worked from November 1st to April 30th

Line Cook/Taquero
Year-round/ Seasonal. Full-time/Part-Time


JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintains a clean, safe, and stocked kitchen
• Operate in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality and presentation.
• Present food in a timely and in an attractive manner.
• Appy recipes, procedures, and guidelines.

Prep Cook

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Clean and maintain a clean and stock Bar.
• Complete daily checklists for opening and closing. Follow procedures and guidelines
• Balancing traditional customer service skills (timeliness, attention to detail, complaint resolution) with a deep understanding of the products that we offer.
• Be aware of major matches, be knowledgeable about the sports packages offered
• Use tablets for taking orders
• Make drinks with consistency
• Knowledge about a variety of tequilas, sakes, and Mezcals
• Give promptly and excellent customer service.
• Assist and monitor all FOH, anticipate every customer’s needs
• Engage with guests and make sure they experience is satisfying.
• Take payment.
• Help with other positions.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Advanced knowledge of mixology and customer service
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with all restaurant staff
• Critical thinking and decision making
• Ability to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Handle money accurately and operate a POS system.
• Previous bartending experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet guests with a smile as they approach. Add them to the waiting system if needed.
• Answer any initial questions and explain our concept. Be knowledgeable about the menu.
• Seat and presents clean menus and bottles of water to guests when taking them to their table in a friendly, professional, and quick manner.
• Keep a rotation between servers.
• Engage with guest and make sure they experience is satisfying.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Answer phone.
• Know estimated waiting times.
• Team player. Help with other positions.
• Understand the basics of our POS system. Take orders over the phone.
• Complete daily checklists for opening and closing. Follow procedures and guidelines

SKILLS REQUIRE
