During our busy season, on Fridays and Saturdays, we will have a cocktail server at the bar area.
This role consists on taking drink/ appetizer orders from guests waiting at our lounge area. We want every guests to have what they need promptly even while waiting for a table.
Ask guests if they’d like to open a tab. If they did, open a tab with their credit card in the Host Station. If guests wanted to cash out, complete the payment right away so that they are ready for when their table is ready.
The cocktail server will use the bar hand tablet to take guests orders and close up checks.
A busser exclusively for taking care of dishes and sinks, and filling waters will be scheduled from 6 to 8 during the rush.
