Bartending Training


The bartender position at Pepe Osaka’s is an integral part of delivering a quality experience in an upscale, innovative, and fast-paced restaurant. This position requires advanced knowledge of mixology and customer service, as well as an in-depth understanding of our complex latin-asian fusion menu. Advanced knowledge about a variety of tequilas, sakes, and Mezcals is required, including origin, distillation processes, and tasting qualities. This position requires balancing traditional customer service skills (timeliness, attention to detail, complaint resolution) with a deep understanding of the products that we offer.
